Syllabus
Module 0: Review of Core Concepts
A quick review of foundational concepts.
Module 1: Introduction
Core concepts of XAI. Explainability vs. Interpretability.
Module 2: Explainability
Explainability algorithms and algorithm comparison.
Module 3: Interpretability
Global interpretability of recurrent networks as deterministic finite automata, and a proposal for a 100% interpretable RNN.
Module 4: XAI Procedure
An end-to-end use case featuring a real-world problem.
Final Project
A capstone project evaluated by the instructor. Includes unlimited tutoring and mentorship sessions.

We believe that the best way to foster highly skilled professionals and ensure that knowledge of Explainability and Interpretability in Deep Learning reaches all sectors is by offering training that is affordable for everyone. By doing so, we make it easier for more people to leverage this expertise without cost being a barrier.
However, a price below the market average does not mean lower quality. The classes are taught by a Ph.D. specializing in the field, and the content has been designed with the rigor and depth necessary to achieve the stated objectives.
Furthermore, we want to be completely transparent: the certificate is not officially accredited. While it certifies that you have passed the course and acquired the intended competencies, it does not carry the endorsement of a university or official institution for accreditation in the EU or other countries.
For all these reasons, we have decided to set this price.
*For payments made from outside of Spain, any costs associated with currency exchange and transfer fees charged by the issuing bank must be covered by the applicant.
How to Enroll in the Course
- Fill out the registration form.
- Upon submission, you will receive the course details and an enrollment acceptance document via the email address provided, which will include the bank account number to make the wire transfer.
- You must send back the signed document (it can be scanned or digitally signed).
- Once the payment and the signed document are received, you will be registered on the platform.
- You will get unlimited access to the course content and the final project, as well as an exclusive student group with the instructor and additional resources.
- To pass the course, you must successfully complete the final project, which will be graded by the instructor. Upon passing, you will receive your certificate of completion.
