Payment and Refund Terms

1. Purpose

These terms and conditions regulate the registration, payment, and refund process for the courses offered by DeepXAI, owned by Rocío Guijarro Ortiz (NIF 06288733G).

Submitting the duly signed enrollment acceptance document implies that the user has read and accepted these general terms and conditions.

2. Registration Process

  1. The user must fill out the registration form available on the website, providing their first name, last name, and email address.

  2. DeepXAI will send the following documents via email:

    • The enrollment acceptance and refund policy document.

    • The course information brochure.

    • The bank details required to make the payment via wire transfer.

  3. The student must then:

    • Sign the enrollment acceptance document (handwritten, scanned, or digital signature).

    • Send the proof of transfer along with the signed document to the email address infodeepxai@gmail.com.

  4. Once the payment has been verified and the signed document is received, the registration will be confirmed, and access to the platform and course materials will be provided.

3. Pricing and Payment Method

  • The enrollment fee for the requested course will be specified in the enrollment acceptance document.

  • Payment must be made exclusively via bank wire transfer to the account indicated by DeepXAI in the registration email.

  • The price includes access to all materials, resources, and faculty support, in accordance with the conditions described in the course brochure.

4. Refund Policy

  • Once the enrollment fee has been paid, no refunds will be issued..

  • Voluntary withdrawal from the course, dissatisfaction with the program, or any external circumstances outside the organization's control shall not entitle the student to any partial or full refund.

5. Certification

DeepXAI courses are private and specialized in nature.

The diploma or certificate of participation awarded upon completion serves as a symbolic acknowledgment of achievement and does not carry official academic accreditation or formal validation.

6. Access to Content

Upon completion of the enrollment process, the student will be granted unlimited access to the course content and the communication group with faculty and peers, unless they expressly communicate their desire to unenroll or withdraw from the service.

7. Intellectual Property

All educational and instructional materials provided by DeepXAI are the property of the organization or its collaborators and are protected by copyright laws under the following license: Creative Commons Attribution-NonCommercial-NoDerivatives 4.0 International (CC BY-NC-ND 4.0). Commercial use, distribution, or the creation of derivative works is strictly prohibited without explicit written permission from the author.

8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with Spanish law.

Any dispute or conflict arising from the interpretation or execution of these terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts and tribunals of Madrid, Spain, unless otherwise mandated by applicable law.
